This is a group for having sober fun and making friends!  This is not just for people in recovery, but for people who enjoy a sober lifestyle.  Couples and singles welcome.  We plan to enjoy a broad range of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, BBQs.  Also we plan to enjoy dining out, coffee time, movie night, music and other events.

This group is for those in the DC area who are looking to hang out with fellow sober people. We thought it would good to make a group so we could put up some upcoming events that look like fun. I just picked a few categories that people may be interested in like music, sports, movies, etc. but other activities are also encouraged!

Hey there - I am interested in starting a group for lesbians and bisexual women who are either trying to quit drinking (through AA or another program) or who are already leading a sober life and recognize the benefits of doing so. I would like to plan some fun activities (with group input) outside the bar scene.
